Do you accept walk-ins?
No, we are appointment only.
Do you do piercings?
No, we don't do piercing or carry any jewelrys.
Do you price by piece or hourly?
We price by piece.
What is your shop minimum?
Shop and tattoo artist is $100 while apprentice is $50.
How do deposits work?
A non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment.
The deposit goes towards the price of your tattoo and will be deducted from the total price upon completion. Deposits vary depending on the price of your tattoo.
All tattoo deposits are non-refundable.
What is the deposit policy？
• All deposits are final and non-refundable.
• Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled date using the same deposit, for a maximum of two reschedules.
• Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Exceptions may be considered for special circumstances at the shop’s discretion.
What payment methods do you take?
Cash, venmo, paypal, and cashapp. We do not accept debit/credit card.
What should I do before getting tattooed?
✔ Eat well
Have a solid meal 1–2 hours before your appointment. Low blood sugar can make you feel dizzy.
✔ Stay hydrated
Drink plenty of water the day before and the day of your tattoo.
✔ Get good rest
Being well-rested helps with pain tolerance and healing.
✔ Shower & wear clean clothes
Arrive clean. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area.
✔ Moisturize (a few days before)
Lightly moisturize the area in the days leading up to your appointment (stop the day before).
✔ Bring a valid ID
A government-issued photo ID is required.
✔ Plan your time
Large pieces may take longer than expected. Avoid scheduling tight plans afterward.

What should I bring to the appointment?
Your driver's license or some form of valid, government issued photo ID.
You can bring beverages, and (non-messy) snacks. We do have water and snacks.
Headphones if you want to listen to music.
- Eau Claire shop has a TV that will play music or movies
- Menomonie shop has a speaker to play music or a TV with movie
When will I get to see my design?
You will see your design the day of, a day before or a week ahead depending on your artists.
Any other question regarding, please message your artists personally as it varies.
What should I wear to the appointment?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed. Bring a blanket or layers incase you get cold.
If you have any other question, email your artist.
Can I bring a family/friend to the appointment?
Yes, but please limit down to one or two as some areas are smaller than others and can limit room space for the artist to get around.
What is the Touch-Up policy？
• Touch-ups are available only for tattoos originally done by an artist at our shop.
• We do not offer touch-ups for work done by other artists or shops.
• Touch-ups are performed after the tattoo is fully healed.
• A $20 fee applies to cover equipment and supplies.
• Touch-ups are free when scheduled together with a new tattoo appointment.
