Founded in 2023 in Menomonie, Wisconsin, Blue Dragon Tattoo began with a vision: to bring the thoughtfulness of fine art to the deeply personal craft of tattooing.

Our founder, Jeffrey Yang, is a Chinese-born artist who spent five years teaching fine art at a specialized art education center before bringing his experience to tattooing. His background in both creating and teaching art shapes his approach to composition, depth, and detail—principles that continue to define the artistic direction of Blue Dragon Tattoo.

In 2024, Blue Dragon Tattoo expanded to Eau Claire, bringing that vision to a second Wisconsin community.

OUR ARTISTS At the heart of both studios is our team of dedicated tattoo artists. Each brings a distinct creative voice, individual strengths, and a personal approach to their craft. Together, they offer a range of styles while sharing a commitment to thoughtful design, attention to detail, and continued artistic growth.
